The commercial base here leans toward higher education, healthcare, research administration and county government, concentrated around downtown, the Rutgers campuses and the hospital district.

Institutional buyers usually have to buy through a co-operative or a bid process rather than a straight quote, which changes the whole procurement path. Worth establishing which vehicle applies before anyone talks about equipment.

Before you sign anything

Three things are worth doing in this order, and none of them require talking to me:

Work out your true cost per page. The monthly payment is not the cost. Overage and a separately billed service charge usually account for a meaningful share of the bill, and nobody quotes the blended figure.
Find your notice deadline. Most agreements renew automatically unless written notice lands in a window that shuts months before the term ends. This is the single most expensive thing to get wrong.
Understand what a buyout figure contains. It is three or four separate things, and they are not equally negotiable.

Three ways, cheapest first. All of them end with you knowing your real cost per page.

Call or text me with the invoice in front of you.It is a short call, not a pitch.
Or just send the invoice. That alone gets you your true cost per page and whether the allowance is sized right.
Send the lease schedule too and I’ll also find your notice deadline and read the terms. The schedule is only needed for the deadline.
